I have some spray ordered can I use vaseline or mineral oil for dry skin? Can I wear mascara, or eye liner? How about chap stick? Is there a certain kind of soap or shampoo that is recommended?

Hi Becky,
This question has been asked numerous times and is answered in Dr. Simeons' eBook as well, Yes, you can use mineral oil or vaseline, mascara and eye liner. Chapstick depends on the brand and what's in it – no organic fats allowed. Any shampoo/soap is OK if you rinse it right out.

I don't know about specific medications or conditions. You'd have to ask your doctor. Many many people are doing great on this even while taking prescription meds for various conditions, but my answer is always the same: Only do this under your doctor's supervision.

Hey Rob,
After i've used the spray, will i eventually start gaining weight again or (if my memory serves me correct) will it change my rate of metabolism so I dont start piling on the pounds again? thanks.

Mark, if you follow the protocol it resets your metabolism and you will keep the weight off (provided you don't start eating 4 pieces of cheesecake at each meal, etc.)

Ok Rob, I have been using baking soda for deoderant, and I got a rash my armpit. I had to use cream prescribed and it has some oil and lotion in it. But if I didn't use it the rash would have gotten worse. Where can I purchase chrystal deoderant that is on the list? I am excited because I lost another 5 lbs. that makes 1 5 in 5 days. Wow! __Oh, almost forgot, also I want to get crab meat. My husband went for me and said they only had crab cakes mixed with bread and what ever else they mix it with, and in the can. So where can I get fresh crab so I can make my own patties?

What is the best scale to get? Mine has been working ok until this morning. I was 265 yesterday. Lost from 285 to 265. 20 LBs. Today, every time I got on it, it said something different. 265, than 270, than 272, than 265. Weird. I have been wanting extra food or a different taste lately. I am trying to ignore it. I took an extra sliver of apple last night, and drinking a lot. I can't afford the book for $39.00 yet with different recipes. Any way I just needed to talk to you guys.

Coffee is NOT allowed with HHCG because the essential oils interfere with homeopathic remedies.

Told by whom? Coffee (regular AND decaf) has essential oils that interfere with homeopathic-style remedies and cannot be used with HHCG. Yes, you can drink coffee with pharmaceutical HCG, but NOT with HHCG.

Please see my FAQs page for the cost. What type of diabetes? If you have Type II, then no problem. But if you have brittle diabetes you should NOT do this protocol.

NO, this is a cure for dieting. The weight stays off permanently after you complete the protocol and you do NOT have to take the product except on Phase 2 of this protocol.

No, because I have no way to know if you'll stick to the protocol. Short of you coming to live in my house so I can watch you, I wouldn't know (no, that's not an invitation LOL). If you DO stick to the protocol, it WILL work for you. So far, 100% success rate.

We're vegetarian and I believe you said you were too. How did you do the meal/diet part being a vegetarian? Did you replace the meat with skim milk as it says in Dr. Simeons ebook? How did that work for you?

Since I was the first one to test this, I had to do it they way most people do it so I ate chicken/fish and did NOT remain a vegetarian on this protocol. HOWEVER, there are vegetarian protein options, namely eggs, fat-free cottage cheese and pea protein powder which can be used as substitutions. Complete info is available on my Support Group site you get access to when/if you order.

I dont understand??? The booklet you emailed said coffee and tea was ok to drink. Is it possible to receive what is allowed on HHCG BEFORE ordering.

Coffee and teas with mint are the only things not allowed with HHCG that is allowed with HCG because essential oils interfere with homeopathic-style remedies.

I ship internationally as it says on my FAQs page. You would be responsible for checking that it won't be a problem with customs. I haven't shipped a ton of orders yet to Ireland, but the ones I HAVE shipped there arrived OK.

I do not need to be on for 43 days….can I use for the minimun 26 days and save the rest. To use at a later time. (6 to 8 months later). I read on your site it has an indefinate shelf life. even after you have used some?
