          The protocol is 3 phases. Phase 2 is 43 days followed by a Phase 3 of 6 weeks. You HAVE TO follow Phase 3 to reset your metabolism.

      I lost 30 lbs back in July and have not gained any of it back except for a couple lbs over Xmas and then was able to take it off again after…by eating lean and green for a day or so!
