What I mean is that the gentleman in the video clip refers to 4 days as being a long period and he continues to say that he doesnt recommend going over a 4 day period which leads me to believe 43 days is an extra long period right?

There seems to be alot of information and help when you start the HCG and the VLCD. I would like to see more support to those who have completed the 43 days on exactly what to do, ie. What if you have more weight to lose, how do we go about the HCG then. When can you restart the HCG?

There is a lot of info. and help in the Support Group site for ALL phases of this protocol, but it's for customers only. If you have more weight to lose, you do another round after you finish Phase 3.
