I just start the HHCG protocol about a week ago, this is 5th VLCD (very low calorie diet) day and i've lost 7lbs. The product works great as long as you trust it and follow properly. I am amazed that already 5 days later i feel no hunger anymore, is 7 pm here in Canada and i have eat about 400cal today and i am not hungry, i am not sure if i am going to have a snack or not.
