If you are taking meds for your high blood pressure and a diuretic you should not do any strenuous exercise. You should ONLY do this protocol under your doctor's supervision.

Hi, I'm planning on purchasing this product, I was just wondering if I would be able to stack this with a testosterone booster, I just recently started a cycle, and I do need to eat a lot in order for it to actually work… so I'm wondering if I could use this to get rid of body fat even if I'm eating 3-4k calories a day.
Any replies would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I was excited to try this until I saw the comment about not taking my usual meds while on the spray. I couldn't stop the meds. I'm also surprised so many people using the spray don't take any meds. I suppose I'm different than most. oh well.

I don't know what you're referring to. You WOULD continue to take your meds on this. I think you read how some people were able to get off their meds because of the weight lost, but no one EVER said to stop taking your meds on this protocol and you would HAVE TO consult your doctor about any adjustment to your meds that would be needed as you lose the weight.

Hi Rob, I ordered your HHCG today. I do have a question, I bought the Ketone test strips, it said on the info sheet inside that when the strip is dark, that you are spilling ketones because you are burning too much fat, you may develop KETOACIDOSIS which could lead to a coma.
So do I still want to see the darker the ketone strip the better?
Thanks Rob!
#13 by hcgdietinfo at February 17th, 2010

Ketoacidosis is NOT the same thing (correct, that is very dangerous, but that is not what happens with this protocol).
From Wikipedia:
"Ketoacidosis is an extreme and uncontrolled form of ketosis, which is a normal response to prolonged fasting. In ketoacidosis, the body fails to adequately regulate ketone production causing such a severe accumulation of keto acids that the pH of the blood is substantially decreased. In extreme cases ketoacidosis can be fatal"

I was wondering if this diet was a lot like the atkins diet because I tried to do that but the headache at day two and three were debilitating for me and I have to work full time does this occur with the protocal and does the book address what loading is and all the lingo that people are using kinda confusing lol and when might I be looking to get an email I know you can't give a true date but am so busy I don't want to miss how fast does this stuff go thanks in advanced for your response!

No, you only take it for the 43 days of Phase 2. The protocol resets your metabolism so you DON'T gain the weight back – but you need to read Dr. Simeons' eBook.

welli have not order the product yet. how is this with diabete II people ,, is it a protocol a diabetic. i had not red allthe details menu ,, but a coffee for breakfast not very health
everyone here seems to lose the weight that is great ,, but there is an issue if you loose too fast you will again it right back because the body thinks in in survival mode and want to store it back after you loose ,,,is this the scenario . because what i have read in other diets and such loosing to fast is hard on the switching mechanisim of the body that scenario could screw up the metabolism too . how does hcg spray held that issue?
,, is this something you have to stay on or have a maintenance supplement ,,?

There are plenty of Type II Diabetes people having phenomenal results with this. Coffee isn't allowed with this HHCG. You don't gain the weight back – that's the whole point! You only take this spray during Phase 2 of the protocol. You don't stay on anything else afterwards when you finish

to work. I came upon this website through a thyroid web that I was reading and I am anxious to start using HCG. My question is can I continue to take my synthroid with the HCG? Also, I have psoriasis on the soles of my feet, I heard that it will go
away with the HCG but will come back with a vengance when you stop it, is this true?

Yes, you would continue to take your meds. I have never heard of anything having to do with psoriasis coming or going on this protocol. Generally, skin conditions of all kinds improve dramatically with this protocol.

I have just finished Phase II of the diet and could not be more pleased with the results. (lost 27.2 lbs) I went into this as a huge skeptic (could not possibly figure out how I would not starve on only 500 calories) I am not going to say it is easy because you have to be very aware of what you use inside and outside, but I was not hungry. Averaging .66lbs per day is a fantastic loss. If you are on the fence about doing this jump in you have nothing to lose but fat.

I lost 50 lbs last year on a whole foods diet which was great and all but didn’t lose it in the places I needed most hip thighs etc. Of course it came off in those places we don’t want. There is no such thing as 'spot reducing'. This protocol gets rid of abnormal fat all over the body. People on this protocol say this gets rid of the fat that no other diet seems to address.

What is in it besides distilled water and Kosher Corn Alcohol?
Also, I have gallstones and this week I am going to try to get rid of them natually. I am hoping not to get them back, but from what I understand EVERYONE has gallstones, but sometimes they act up and sometimes they never even know they have them. I KNOW I have them! I read in the Simeons manuscript that this diet does not CAUSE gallstones, “but due to the almost complete absence of fat from the diet, which prevents the normal emptying of the gall bladder, it can cause the “colics” of them happen more frequently”. Is this because I would be using the REAL hCG? Will this NOT happen if I take the HHCG? Thanks again!
#66 by hcgdietinfo at February 9th, 2010
| Quote
There are no other physical ingredients in it – only the 'energy signature' of HCG. You'd have to research homeopathy to understand how this works. The gallstone issue has to do with how little fat you are eating and nothing to do with whether you are taking HCG or HHCG.

I am going to an “informational” meeting in a couple of weeks about the hCG diet. A woman I know went on the diet, lost 50 pounds, and has maintained it (give or take 2-3 pounds) for two years. Besides this diet directing you to a more healthier way of eating( organic mostly), the fact that she has maintained her weight for two years and still is has encouraged me. I have been researching it since. The kind of hcg that this Doctor uses is the shots and the under the tongue method.
My question is, what EXACTLY is the difference between the homeopathic hcg and the pharmacutical one? You mentioned in one of your blog responses that the one you use is not from the urine of pregnant women and it is distilled water and Kosher Corn Alcohol that goes in the mouth. I am confused. I was told by the Doctor’s office that only a Physician can order the real Hcg through a Pharmacy. If the one you are useing isn’t the real hCG, then why does it work so well? I am not at all questioning whether your answer was a truthful one. I believe whatever it is, really works and I am so glad I found your site. No doubt it will work for me as well. I just need to know what I am really taking. I read the ATW Simeons Manuscript as well. So, I am still confused and would love some answers. I am sure I will have more before I go to this Doctors meeting(who I can’t afford, but want to find out more). So please be patient with me. Thank you so much!

Pharmaceutical HCG requires a prescription and is taken by injection or some make a sublingual preparation from it and hold drops under their tongue. Pharmaceutical HCG works on a bio-chemical level like all drugs/hormones, etc. This spray is homeopathic-style and works on an 'energetic' level directly on the brain. There is no 'blood level' of the drug present and it doesn't work that way at all. HOW exactly it works is beyond my comprehension, but it certainly DOES work! Since this HHCG spray is not pharmaceutical but homeotherapeutic, it doesn't require a prescription. It works as well, if not better, than injections or sublingual hcg.

This doesn't work on a chemical level, it's homeopathic-style and works on an 'energetic' level. You'd have to research homeopathy to learn more. There isn't anything in this that can cause illnesses or side-effects and there isn't anything that could be toxic, etc.

Actually, I've only been selling it since July '09. There are over 2400 customers currently. I have only heard for a couple people via email that said it didn't work for them. The first person I asked "Did you download the support documents and follow the protocol?" He said: "What documents?" – After he got the documents I provide and started following the protocol, it worked fantastic for him. Another person I asked the same question to and never got a reply. Other than those 2 people, I know of 1 person that gave up because they were always hungry, but I never got a reply when I asked if they were following the protocol. That's about it for 'failures'. There is no guarantee because I have no way to watch you and make sure you follow the protocol, short of you coming to live with me (that's not an invitation). People do NOT gain the weight back – that's the whole point!

I have eaten a lot of cucumbers too, but I gave them some zest and made the vinegar cucumber pickles that my mom used to make. Vinegar + water ( add or decrease vinegar depending on how sour you like your pickles), add salt/pepper and let sit overnight in the brine. They are so tasty and delicious. My mom used to make them with lots of onions, which are also allowed on the protocol, but remember you can't eat the cucs and onions together. These are tasty and delicious. I eat them with my 3.5 ounces of cajun-spiced shrimp, and it's a gourmet meal!!!!
